We build data-heavy software for finance and education. Current and recent work:
- Whole-loan trading platform. A geographic targeting engine matching loans to banks by branch distance and regulatory lending area, across a 173,000-branch federal registry and ~85,000 census tracts. Includes a Community Reinvestment Act targeting workflow for banks buying qualifying loans, a viewer for regulators' published CRA exam reports, and call-report ingest across ~8,700 banks and credit unions.
- Loan pricing and analytics. A pricing tool grading loans under bid against comparable cohorts from the SBA's 1.95-million-loan origination history, and a validated integration with a licensed bank-analytics API for asset-liability management.
- Sokratease. An adaptive learning platform: LLM-generated questions over OCR-ingested texts, correlated across editions of the same text.
